As per the title I am looking to buy any Veteran Rank Character in the Daggerfall alliance on the PC North American server.

Any Race
Any Class
Any level from VR1-VR14
Needs to be Daggerfall Covenant
Needs to be on the PC NA server

I would prefer a Sorcerer or Nightblade but this is not essential.
