Any tips on how to protect myself as a seller?

Hi I tried searching for some tips but the information is all over the place and I can't arrive at anything right now.
I had a person who created his account today respond to one of my threads, saying he was interested in buying my account. I wanna make the transaction through paypal, so is there a way to prevent refunds or chargebacks? I was under the impression that gifts or payment owed did not allow for refunds but an admin posted on a thread saying this isn't so anymore (for gifts only?). Should I just make him pay as payment owed and include a message like "I confirm to have received the digital goods and will not dispute the transaction" ?

Thanks but I did find that, and like I said another mod mentioned in another thread that gift may be refundable now, so was looking for some updated info. Or if my suggestion in the first post is enough. EDIT: Just looks like paypal is what it is so I'll only sell if I trust the person.

honestly, be a verified paypal user and make him send as gift if he doesn't then refund and tell him to do so or dont deal with him. thats the best you can do in my opinion.
