The account got recalled , he promised to pay me back and he didn't

ANSEMAN bought the account via funpay.ru and resold the account from here, after a while it got recalled. he promised me to sell an other account and refund me. I got all the chat history screenshots and his IP-adress
after he sold the an other account he never payed me back and disabled his EPICNPC ACCOUNT now hes back selling again. I attached a few screenshots but I got a lot!

YES he did say he was the orginal owner, after a while he admitted that he bought the account via fun.ru
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale?
he provided me an email etc and password
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
I bought it the 5 of november it got recalled around the 13 of november
