Another Scam Bust & "Introducing the Jackals"

The Jackals don't find people. I shouldn't have named them that now that I think about it. All they do is hide behind proxies just like you and use whatever information they have on a person to persuade them to give what they stole back to the people they stole it from. Scammers are thieves, nothing more. <span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-weight: bold">They are allowed to roam free because the actual LAW isn't involved in this market whatsoever</span></span>. All I'm trying to do is make people give back what they stole. If you find this to be a bad thing, then your moral compass needs some serious adjustments.
In reference to this being illegal, hardly. As I do agree harassment can be illegal, I clear everything that I personally do with a lawyer so that I am in no legal trouble. On top of that, I don't condone illegal activities myself. I don't believe in hacking someone's computer or anything like that. I don't believe in harassing someone over the phone either. What THEY do is up to them. I can't control what they do with what I give them, so this does not make me an accomplice.
People don't take account stealing seriously because it's a virtual good, but I suggest YOU wake up and realize that this "virtual good" has monetary value like every thing else. When you steal someone's $300 account, you steal $300 from them. The fact that you're complaining about what's being done to these internet thieves makes me worry about your thought process. Trust me, I've spoken with many of you over at MMOwned, contributors and legendary members alike, most of you are missing the point entirely.

This is unrelated to your case. In your case you are committing fraud.

Not illegal to sell WOW Accounts, you may be breaching your contract with Blizzard, but aside from that, there is nothing criminal about it. Bare in mind that Blizzard does have the option to seek any legal remedies it places on its end user agreement or TOS, the whole yadda yadda yadda thing about fines and what not. Whether a court of law would grant them is trivial, there is a difference between civil and criminal. I doubt you would ever get criminally charged for selling wow accounts, if in fact all you are doing is selling, however, civil remedies, though they have never been known to go after anyone (or atleast I do not know of anyone being sued by them on account of this) is a whole different matter in itself.
