I'm going to make a new post about some good news that's come into play. For the mean time, I'll just make a quick response to everything you said.
The Jackals don't find people. I shouldn't have named them that now that I think about it. All they do is hide behind proxies just like you and use whatever information they have on a person to persuade them to give what they stole back to the people they stole it from. Scammers are thieves, nothing more. <span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-weight: bold">They are allowed to roam free because the actual LAW isn't involved in this market whatsoever</span></span>. All I'm trying to do is make people give back what they stole. If you find this to be a bad thing, then your moral compass needs some serious adjustments.
In reference to this being illegal, hardly. As I do agree harassment can be illegal, I clear everything that I personally do with a lawyer so that I am in no legal trouble. On top of that, I don't condone illegal activities myself. I don't believe in hacking someone's computer or anything like that. I don't believe in harassing someone over the phone either. What THEY do is up to them. I can't control what they do with what I give them, so this does not make me an accomplice.
People don't take account stealing seriously because it's a virtual good, but I suggest YOU wake up and realize that this "virtual good" has monetary value like every thing else. When you steal someone's $300 account, you steal $300 from them. The fact that you're complaining about what's being done to these internet thieves makes me worry about your thought process. Trust me, I've spoken with many of you over at MMOwned, contributors and legendary members alike, most of you are missing the point entirely.
More later. </div></div>
how so if hat kathunx said that i have highlighted bold and underlined is true? </div></div>
This is unrelated to your case. In your case you are committing fraud.
"Fraud, in addition to being a criminal act, is also a type of civil law violation known as a tort. A tort is a civil wrong for which the law provides a remedy. A civil fraud typically involves the act of intentionally making a false representation of a material fact, with the intent to deceive, which is reasonably relied upon by another person to that person's detriment" <div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">
TITLE 42 > CHAPTER 7 > SUBCHAPTER XI > Part A > § 1307
Fraud is punishable up to 5yrs in prison and/or $10,000 in fines.</div></div>
<span style="font-weight: bold"> If you plan on replying to this post and do not. The case currently xxsmokexx is involved with is unrelated to this topic, and will only damage his case further. If he attempts to apply these ideas into practice. </span>
