What is the dispute about? I paid with g&s but the money arrived 21 days later so he refunded me, the money came to me on the 31st and today we are the 31st and I see on paypal that the refund has been canceled. I contacted him and saw that he was online on the forum but he clearly ignored me.
Other details / notes: He even changed his discord name lol
