1. How many types of Epic7 Accounts are there & differences?
There are 4 types of Epic7 Accounts: Guest Account, Unverified Stove Account, Stove linked to email, Social Media Linked such as Google/Facebook/Twitter.
Guest Account: are accounts that are not linked to any email, simply an account that hasn’t been touching anything related to security. This is the very first account you first play the game. The safest.
Unverified/Unlinked Stove Account: this type is the most common & valuable in all marketplaces. The stove is an Epic7 Account system that manages all Smilegate games. It only contains Email & Password. This is basically Guest Accounts but attached to any kind of Email as you can think of and doesn’t need to be real Emails. As long as you do not verify the email by sending a verification link to the email attached to the Epic7 Account. You are safe. Simply change your password and you are good to go.
To identify Unverified Stove Account, it will have a White text & Orange box that are clickable and can change email.
Stove Linked Email: this is a stove account that already linked an email. It could be any emails as long as it can receive a verification email.
In contradiction to Stove Unverified, It will have an orange text & "Email already verified notice."
Social Media linked: this is the account that used Social Media to log in and play the game when you first play the game. All data will be stored in these social accounts. This is the most unsafe method in terms of buying/selling/trading. Recommended High Rep Sellers or using Trade Guardian.
Social Media Linked won't have a " Manage Account" section in Account Management. Stove does.
2. How to safely Buy/Sell/Trade Epic7 Accounts
For buyers, the safest type of accounts is Guest & Unverified Stove Accounts.
A common process between seller and buyer is that Buyer pays for the account -> Seller receives payment -> Buyer provided an email that they wished to link to the seller account. Sellers either link the email to Guest Account or send a verification email to the buyer email. Once the buyer accepts, it will be permanently linked to the buyer email.
Another way is that Sellers can initially attach a non-existence email to Guest Account, they and left it unverified. The seller can send that email + password to Buyer. The buyer can either keep it unverified or link immediately. Once the buyer changes the password, Sellers will automatically disconnect from the game. Seller will know Buyer already secured the account.

For Stove Linked Email & Social Media linked, this is the most unsafe method. Require trust in seller reputation or Middleman to be least. Emails can be recovered by the Original Owner. Meaning , if they want to scam, they can recover the email attached to Stove Accounts. Thus, the password as well. Most commonly is Gmail. This type of account requires a series of long security checks: email recovery, phone change, 2 step verification, name change on the Gmail itself. Recommending Middleman for first-time buyers or reputation sellers. They can help you secure the account if you never have experiences on Gmail type accounts.
