Did you not read proof that he was lying about his ban by the time line I gave you? He said he was banned before he even was notified by blizzard.
Potentially giving away kingdom's suppliers would harm his business greatly and I don't blame him.
Guess we'll just let "this one slide." Just because he's TWV and has rep.. who does that remind me of. Sora? or the many other scammers.

didnt say we will let this one slide, said i wasnt making a call on it, waiting on admin to do that.
I also think a rather large point to his story is he claimed he <span style="text-decoration: underline">NEVER</span> received the gold but he's also trying to claim his character got banned for accepting gold from someone that is "scamming" the gold.

well just need to wait on the admin then, everything here is proven that Amatheus is a scammer im just concerned that for all the gold sellers out there if you provide the screenshots and logs like me it will take this long to get a scammer banned or maybe not banned...
having rep and twv does have the upper hand doesn't it? makes people think your words are much more reliable than mine. But it doesn't mean you can scam even if it's a little bit a scam=scam

As far as banning goes, I guess you haven't been around long enough to realize that the admins have lives outside of MD, they work real full time jobs and have to support themselves and possibly family members...
This is not their job... Getting someone banned here even with concrete proof can take time, sometimes it is done quite fast and other times it takes over a week...
The problem here is the fact that renown scammers continue to resign up most likely using a proxy to mask their actual IP address... So banning them only hurts them temporarily if they are the persistent type (AKA Atheyst)...
Just try to be patient, having him banned in the long run may give you momentary satisfaction but if he is a hardcore scammer you may cross paths with him again under a different name trying to play a different game...
