It's laughable that you have SSs to proove he's lying, and he gets banned <span style="font-weight: bold">seconds</span> after "not receiving the gold".

Amatheus23 needs a ban asap.
 
Seems clear cut to me. Theres some iffys on the whole thing (ie: why a guy who has 9+ rep's on MD would do a scam only for 3800g, seems like he could get a lot more), but even so I have never seen Blizzard ban an account that fast.

On top of that you provide evidence showing the gold was given, and he just claims that it wasn't given. He has no evidence backing up his claim, and can't even take an SS of his email or forward the address.

Hes a scammer, ban him imo.

In the process of contacting an Admin as we speak. Here are my chat logs of the whole transaction which he somehow left out. I would also like to say that its been noted that KingdomXS and OServices share the same IP. This could very well just be a coincidence however I had received an IM from another company that is very well known for selling gold asking if I had placed an order and to verify my information. Here is what another member posted "Do NOT order gold from him. He order's gold from www.thsale.com using a fraud credit card and then puts your information in. Your name/phone/character name. Then uses the fraud info. I just got a call on my phone saying I sent them fraud money and the money got recalled. Now they're reporting my character ingame for buying gold. So here's what he does. 1. Sends www.thsale.com fraud money 2. Thsale gives you a call, you confirm it, he pays them FRAUD money. 3. They give you the gold ingame 4. You send him money. He makes profit, thsale loses gold." Very interesting because it seems to follow the same trend as to what happened tonight. If the Admins could do a cross IP check for both members and verify that they are same person that would be appreciated.

I am having some issues getting the screen shots to post with my new set up. I will be posting my evidence as soon as I can. I would also like to not that I am TWV and have made many many transactions on Markee anyone that has done business with me knows that I am a very honest buyer/seller of virtual goods on Markee. I have spoken to a Moderator and he will be reviewing this whole situation.

To get into details regarding this transaction with "KingdomXS" I have requested to talk to the company or supplier that was involved. He refuses to supply me with the information. He is merely a middleman in this whole transaction and the dispute is between me and the supplier NOT HIM. He also clearly states that the supplier did not receive any money from him for any virtual goods but he expects me to pay him? The screen shots do show the trade however it does not show that the items were received by me in chat. Any experience player will know that when a transaction is final, text will indicate that the person you traded with has received the items and yes one of my many accounts was permanently closed from this transaction. The account has been used very frequently within the last few days and has had over 30k gold passed along character/realms etc. Below are the AOL instant messenger logs from my side which include everything up to now that was discussed between us. I have stated before but to clarify I will be posting screen shots of the email I had received asap.

I failed to mention that when I have purchased gold from him before he has requested my information including phone number after which I would get calls from various Gold companies asking me to verify information but all payments went directly to him. I wonder why??
 
This can be very easily resolved by you providing the contact information to the company that was involved in the transaction. If you don't feel secure giving me that information for whatever reason why not give a moderator that info and have them do a quick check. I would be very interested to find out whoes name, phone number and paypal information you provided to this company to get them to do these transactions for you. You claim that you don't pay them until you get money from me? I highly doubt that because you have told me yourself that you have a hard time communicating with these people.

I would hate to intervene, but this conflict is such an interesting controversy...

I've personally dealt with amatheus23 2x in the past and he was very legitimate; it would break me to see him squander his reputation for 3,000 measly gold.

On the other hand, it troubles me that he won't hand over the ban email. However, what <span style="font-style: italic">should</span> be done and what <span style="font-style: italic">could</span> are 2 different issues, and we have to distinguish.

There are a few things I'm curious of:

1. More evidence (especially from Amatheus' side)
2. Any relation between OServices and KingofHearts (both have very similar writing styles; TW locations can be masked)
3. Further investigation on the possible connection b/t KingofHearts + thsales.com/ethical concerns.


Let's work something out.
Taking no sides until a clearer picture is painted.
 
some things to point out, field i know your just being safe because you told me you bought an account from him.

1. he has the gold
2. his account is not banned obviously no email
3. when admins find out im not oservices hes done. it's all his hope.

proofs been supplied enough, i would becareful of him recalling his account on you field, he's not as legit as he seems to be.

from all that made up bs about,
"hey i didnt recieve any gold!"
"hey my account was banned!"
no gold was recieved yet his account was banned?

This is really one of the more interesting things to hit the scammer forums in some time, so I have to put my 2 cents in.

1. Amatheus you've GOT to put that screen of the ban e-mail up here, every minute you dont it looks worse and worse on your part. If you are having trouble hosting, aim me and I will host it / take your info out.

2. Those screenshots look legit, cant see any way in which they've been photoshopped in the time he took to provide them for you. So I dont understand how you could have not recieved the gold.

3. You said over 30k gold has been moved on your account recently, this could have been the reason for the ban, it seems a little strange that blizz would ban you 10 mins after a transaction.

4. KingdomHearts I find it odd that you chose not to post the last part of the conversation where he tries to contact your supplier, seems just a little fishy.

If this infact what he does to obtain his gold then this is for sure ban worthy, but there is yet to be proof posted on this matter because conveniently enough KingdomHearts doesnt want to give the info of hi supplier.

What needs to be done:
-post the screenshot of the ban e-mail (contact me if need be)

- KindomHearts give Amatheus your supplier info, or give it to a mod/admin so they can contact this person

-I would highly suggest KingdomHearts that you post on here the aim convo you had with your supplier whilst this transaction was going on.

ATM not gonna take a side until both parties have had the full chance to efend themself.

I believe amatheus, i have wondered about this 5000g for $55 for a while now, it is just way to low for anybody to be making a profit off of and i do think he is buying from thsale with fraud paypal.

However kingdomxs Did infact Prove that a trade for the gold was made with the quickness of how he was able to get those screenshots up.

this can be resloved by what has been stated above but it appears kingdom is just trying to make a quick buck, even if its illegal on the illegal circuit, one hes already doing illegal transactions of buying gold, and 2 if the above is true he is using fraud to gain a profit which aswell is illega.

The fact that you wont let anyone contact your supplier is a bit unnerving. Your acting like the reason for them contacting this person is some huge conspiracy to put you out of business, when in fact people are trying to KEEP you in business.

I've ordered gold from kingdom. Haven't had a problem as of yet. Don't know where the gold comes from, all I know he's cheap and I haven't had a problem.

Email was received 2 minutes later then when he said, "My account was just closed."

If your excuse to that is, "That's the time I was viewing the email." Again wrong, notice the time in the bottom right hand corner of your screen, "1:04 PM."

Believe that was a lie there.
 
Read the chat log again bud. I tried loging in during that time and wasnt able to because the account was closed. I then checked my email. Please read the chat log again carefully.

I'm looking at this.. clearly it doesn't explain why you said that before yahoo.com actually received the email. Yahoo doesn't give you the time you viewed the email, it gives you the time their server received the email "bud."

So lets go over it again.. reading the chat log.

At 11:06 AM you say you're banned, yet the email was received by yahoo a good 2 minutes later. I'm sure a lot of us here have been banned before, including myself, the email is always sent within 10 seconds of getting banned.

Care to explain yourself more rather then "read it again."

You're accepting a lump sum of gold on a <span style="font-weight: bold">level 1 character</span>I wouldn't trade anything over 500g to a level 1 character. Obviously you were setting something up if you couldn't even trade the gold to your main.

The fact that you got banned isn't his fault, its yours. For being stupid and accepting 3,800g on a level 1.

Like I have said before I was disconnected and tried to log back in at that time the login screen told me my account was closed I then checked the my email address and received the email. Im not sure whats so hard to understand about that? Yes and I am sure that there is never a delay from the SMTP/POP3 servers right?

Hello, I'm reading up on Amatheus explaining himself but still it doesn't make any sense when on the chat log he has said he never has gotten any gold.

why was he banned then?

My screenshot proved he has gold. Why would he lie about not recieving gold yet be banned?

Why is it that he accepted my gold wanted my gold ask for gold, if he was accusing me of being oservices from the beginning?

from what i believed this guy is full of lies.

For any gold seller like me being able to prove the chatlog+screenshot this person Amatheus wanted to scam. Would you like someone like this get away what if he does the exact same on other gold sellers.

This person may think he wanted to get away with 3.8k gold with his high reputation.

So how do you get banned if you didn't recieve gold.

Everything here explains Amatheus is a scammer to me.
 
NOTE* THERE IS SOMETHING REAL SUSPICIOUS ABOUT HIS BAN EMAIL SCREENSHOT:

1. LOOK AT THE HEADER: HE HAD SEARCHED FOR THE BAN EMAIL.
2. PROBABLY AN OLD EMAIL AND HE JUST EDITED THE DATE RECIEVED AND TIME WHY NOT FORWARD THAT EMAIL TO A ADMIN HERE TO PROOVE ITS A REAL EMAIL
3. THE BAN STATES THAT YOU MAY NOT dO ANYTHING that blizzard considers contrary to the ESSENCE of wow.

BUT if getting gold and banned wouldn't it be exploiting econimic of w.e. im not sure. but anyone who has been banned by blizzard for reciving gold would know.

A 2 minute delay is highly unlikely, as well as the fact that this is the time that the SERVER got the MESSAGE. Not when you logged in or whatever you're trying to say. Continue to keep covering your track, you've already lied once, who knows what you're lying about now.

Again a level 1 character.. why would you use a level 1 character?

So your goal is to not get banned, yet you accept a lump some of gold on the same account on a level 1 character. Right, thats not going to get your account banned. The fact is, if you accept gold on a level 60+ less to no flags are raised. Think of it this way, the level 1 and 70 are on the same account.. why would you use a level 1.

LOL , i actually copy this link and paste it to all the friends i played with in WOW and the all went "LOL interesting" , and 4-5 of them stand for Kingomhearts.

For me myself , i found this is very interesting conflict but for me. SECRET BUSINESS CANT , CANT , AND WILL NEVER BE REVEALED. Like Bill Gates, did he sell DRUG to get his business to the top of the WORLD ? Did he REVEAL his special weapon ? No freaking hell someone would do that.

For me i actually have a similar situation, i bought Gamecard cheap from my friends, resell it with higher price. The guy claimed that the number was not valid and ask me to reveal the guy i bought the card from. I refused and being accused scammers. Something like that happens, and u CANT , u just CANT reveal your business secret

The fact that it took this guy a whole day to get a simple screenshot up is proof enough. Ban him, he's trying to get gold and not pay for it. And his excuse is that he has a "hunch" that this guy is OServices. Now I would expect that this scammer would have been banned a long time ago.
