alleged internet fraud

I sold an account for 200 dollars, and now the buyer is saying i was a fraud. Paypal said it was in my favor and closed the case, would the person saying i am a scammer actually be able to put up a charge with the police? (mind that i am all the way across the country, and i did not do this act)
