What is the dispute about? The seller scammed me of 150$ for not giving the gold in Lost Ark. (screenshots of the conversation is provided)

Other details / notes:
First, he seemed very genuine. We requested for Midman but they said it is impossible to do it for trading gold in Lost Ark. So we cancelled it. Our initial trade was for me to pay 300$ for 300k gold. I have been scammed just recently and I don't want to risk such a big purchase so we had a deal that I pay half which was 150$ and he would send me half of the gold, 150k. I sent the money via wisetransfer, we waited for a few hours for the money to come in. When the money came in, he said he could not check the bank because the bank closes at certain hours so we waited for the next day. Next day comes in, I messaged him, no response. then the next day, then the next day and still no response. I've waited for 3 days for him to get back online to give me the gold that I paid for but nothing. I'm sure when you make a deal with someone you will remember to do that deal the next day when you said "let's wait".
Long story short, just be cautious making a deal with this person regardless if the midman said "he's a trusted seller".

I also sent them around $220 and service hasn't been delivered however, I don't think they are a scammer or scamming. I have placed countless orders with them with no problems and apparently they are dealing with a family emergency/personal issues right now. Of course, not communicating to the customers/giving a refund was not the way to go but, as of now I want to give them a chance to make things right.

I am giving him the benefit of the doubt but come on man, family emergency/personal issues don’t make you go awol. I’m sure you’d be able to send replies via instagram with your phone as soon as you have time to communicate with your customers. If he really wasn’t gonna scam us, he would have contacted us by now and that’s the reality of it is.

I understand where you are coming from however, that's not always the case. Phones don't have infinite phone battery, you may not have access to a charger, and can't leave, hell you might not even have a smartphone - I don't live in Indonesia nor have I ever been there and we don't know their exact situation.

Personally if I were seriously injured or if I were to stay with a family member while they are at the hospital, I'm not going to prioritize work. The point is that, if something crazy or serious is happening in your life, your first thought/priority isn't going to be: "My family member is dying/I'm seriously injured but, I have to message these people" - you might even forget about messaging people entirely because that's not what's on your mind. I've had real life scenarios similar to this: I thought something bad happened to my mom because she wasn't returning my calls that went straight to voicemail for a few days but, she was fine and was seeing my Grandma at the hospital who had a stroke. I also have a friend who I was supposed to hang out with who didn't show up. Didn't think too much about it until 2 days later when I saw his car on the street outside my house so I contacted his family. His sister told me he got arrested and ofc he isn't going to use his phone call from jail to tell me he can't hang out anymore lol

Overall, the fact is the money is gone for now and I'm also going to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope it's not a scam. When more time passes and I can more definitively say it's a scam I will open a thread and throw my SS in the mix. It could all be copium but, from my side it makes no sense to scam me now after I've been using their services for almost 2 months. Even from a business standpoint it makes no sense to scam now - they've made far more/have far more to gain monetary wise vs scamming a small percentage from us.
