basically, it was a huge misunderstanding transaction and ended up giving this guy a negative feedback ,fortunately this guy gave me a neutral feedback , but is it possible to fix this problem? i want to remove the negative feedback that i gave him and the neutral feedback on mine, thanks a lot.

hi, phantom already spoke to me on steam and cleared everything out. Thanks for removing the negative feedback. I tried to remove the neutral one but i dont know how to remove a feedback.
