What is the dispute about?


A few days after purchasing the account, I cannot enter the email associated with the BDO account and in the afternoon they change the BDO password. I talk to the seller and he tells me that he will help me get it back, but he doesn't answer.

I get a message on my mobile in the afternoon and again I don't have access to the game's mail. I don't know what he's trying to do with this since he's the only one who knows about the mail.

And in the 2 days that he has had the account, he has used the money to try to raise his T8 to t9.

Well it is definitely a scam. In the photo you can see how he gives me the email password at 6am but at 5pm he recovers it again.
He sells the account as a sole seller but it turns out that he has access to ALL THE GUILD. but what kind of joke is this? I claim the return of the purchase since in 4 days the account has been recovered 2 times. Above the account is mail.ru and it can be recovered from the computer where the account was created (photo attached), regardless of the protections that I put on it.
