What is the dispute about?
Purchased discord early supporter account from mojoo through trade guardian. He said it would be a clean and simple account. I secured it with 2fa, my email, and my phone number. One day later I could no longer access the account and tried to reset the password but it kept saying email didn't exist. Tried to contact discord support to recover the account but they kept giving me the runaround and told me nothing could be done because I don't have the original email. The account changed names and profile picture, and even responded to my friend request so someone else definitely has the account, probably previous owner. mojoo said he had a two week warranty but never replied after I repeatedly asked for the refund he said he would give me. It wasn't oge but it was only 1 day before the account got recalled. He supposedly even talked to the new holder of the account and they were supposed asking for money to give it back. He said he would offer to pay them for me. I told him why would I want the same account back if they can just recall it and ask for money all over again. When I pointed this out he kept trying to blame me as if it was my fault the account was taken.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) No.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Info through trade guardian. He provided proof of account having early supporter through discord.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? One day.
