Purchased the account on May 18th,

2 days ago an email was sent by EA stating that the account information had been changed. I had done no such thing and when contacting EA the customer support told me I required the original email registered to retrieve the account which the seller did not provide me. The account could not be changed back even by filling out the EAs account retrieval form because I had never gone through this process and the account I did not have access to the account details such as purchase history and which credit cards were used on it.

Im a reseller, if the account details was really changed it just means the original owner scammed me. Already happen to me on the past, i cant control these situations because im not the original owner, i just buy low and sell high for profit.

Before i place my accounts for sale i wait 2 weeks to see if the owner revoke the account, nothing happened so i placed for sale. Had that account for at least 1 month. I can not guess if the owner will scam me later or not.

Also check in the thread, the spoiler at the bottom saying FULL ACCESS and read the disclaimer. I clearly say im not responsible if something happen to the account. If you bought, you agreed with it even if you didn't read. Sorry for your loss, but nothing i can do.

Even if you change the email p/w or security question the EAs recovery system overrides that as long as you have access to the email that the account was made with. You scam other people by telling them they can "change" everything on the account when that does nothing when it comes to recovering the account.

You have not complied with everything in the disclosure and if your statement of 100% satisfaction guarenteed is true you would either refund my money or provide me the original email and password.

The discord chat log clearly shows you asking for my email to change the accounts registered email to mine. For the 3rd time in mentioning this, it does not matter what details you change on the account as the account can be RECOVERED By EA by contacting them and providing the original email the account was registered with.You seem to be constantly talking around this.

Also I've attached the emails that I've received from EA contacting me and stating that the account information was updated I've also attached the email that I first received when I purchase this account showing that the usernames are similar.

@LagDrop Since you sold it, you should be able to recover it. If you cant, you're free to open a dispute against the member you bought it from. I say again, you're responsible for everything you sell here.

The original email associated with the EA account was never provided to me per the discord chat and the account was taken from me because he contacted EA with the original email that was registered to recover it back. EA isn't going to release personal details to show which email address its currently on, because that would be a privacy breach on there end. But like I've said for the 5th time now because you want to keep acting stupid, the person with the original email has the ability to recover the account through EA anyone can ask EA for the account retrieval form it literally says provide the original email the account was created with. How i can recover if i do not have access to original email? The original owner scammed me, contact him is worthless, of course he will not give the account back. And i will not refund until he proof the account got revoked.

If you guys here ban members without the buyer give any real proof im glad to sell in other places, even a kid can fake the screenshots he showed simply changing the email himself. He lost the case on paypal for some reason. Im done here.

Also if you require proof that the account was in my possession then left, I posted earlier pictures of the account being transferred to me, then the account details being changes 2 weeks after I can forward these emails to you directly if you request it. Other then that there is no other proof I can provide because the email on the account got changed, any new account detail changes notifications will go to the new email.

I buy majority of my accounts without access to original email, because as already explained is the personal email of the seller and he will not give me access to it. How many times i have to repeat myself?

I didn't bought the account from here.

In my interpretation i have full access because i have control of the account and i can change everything but get your point...the original owner can always recover later talking with EA support.

This has been open long enough, please fix this issue within 24 hours.

Once you have fixed the issue, you need to chase up the person you got the account from and ask him for a replacement or refund.

Already sent message to the guy who sold me the account 1 week ago but still no answer from him, i doubt i will get replacement or refund.

88records do not want replacement, only refund. And i only refund after he proofs the account got revoked by the original owner, one thing he still didn't done yet.

It's basically what we discussed this whole time, cant fix the problem with him until he proofs what he say is truth.

@LagDrop I believe I've explained it already. The responsibility is on you, as the seller, to make sure you are selling safe legitimate accounts. That translates to having the means to help a customer should they come into any issues. (They do not need to prove it, it's common courtesy to simply help your customers when requested) Because he is asking for assistance, and you are unable to provide that, then you must take responsibility. All sellers here offer a replacement or a refund when they cannot help recover the account they sold to you. That's how it works here, and that is how legitimate sellers operate here. If you believe yourself a legitimate seller and wish to continue operating on EpicNPC, you would have no problem with refunding.

You must refund the user within 24 hours of when I asked.
