What is the dispute about? The seller of the account took back their account
To start, I've purchased the account mainly to have the level ups boosted as just a couple of years ago I sold my own due to life complications and I forced myself not to play this game or be reminded, however since now I am fine, I do kinda miss what was mine a few years ago and I had a goal, so I decided to check on accounts here and found this one. Apparently from what the feedbacks say and I myself fell for it, was that the seller's completely scam-free and this was the first thing I have checked before doing anything stupid. I contacted him I believe just about a week before buying the account and told him I'm getting my payment somewhere between 10 and 15 of december and if he can wait, he was totally fine with it, although I do feel terrible I had to put up a delay on the transaction until I've gotten my payment. Soo, jumping all the way to 17th when I got it, I've purchased the account and to my eyes everything went fine. I did have full trust and I did promise on the seller I'd leave a feedback. Jump to a month and 1-2 weeks later, The first problem occured on 27th when during night at around 3 am for me as I was playing, I have received 2 emails requesting password to be changed. I was aware of it obviously and put 2FA afterwards. 29th of January was my last games playing on the account and on the following day some of my friends said they can't find me. Obviously my senses thought the account has been returned to the owner, so I did check, and I've turned out right. I no longer had an access and no notification with regards to email changes or anything. The second thing I did was to check if the email is still linked so that I could try retrieving the account, unfortunately nothing. And so I have contacted Riot Support with regards to this issue and I have given them an information about all the transactions done, riot's ultimate response was they cannot disclose any information however it is best not to purchase any league account. Considering that I did read multiple threads on Riot's page stating any purchased account if recalled by seller will be met with a severe punishment, since then I knew that even if I were not to retrieve the account back, the one who sold it will be permanently banned as it happened to plenty of cases. The reason I did that was because I had nothing left to lose but mainly because I don't want accounts to be sold and returned back to owners with simple magic tricks, can't stand the fact there are those kind of people and I don't want anyone else to be brought in such a disposition like I was.
Anyway, at first I was looking to get my money back and open a dispute with Paypal. And for some weirdly reason it keeps on loading everytime I do that, but I hit myself with a thought, why requesting the money back? What I want is the seller to be permanently banned from here as a fact I do not want them to sell their lies to other customers/buyers. There are people who don't really read reviews or feedbacks and will throw themselves in and lose days later. The guy also scammed another person from what it appears to be. At the time being I still had the account.
If anything, I don't mind him keeping the money now, but if it is still requested per the website's TOSI'd rather have the 40 euro and not the 47,99. The 7,99 are just my own excuse for having delayed the seller's transaction.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? Proof provided on the link itself that they are the OG owner. Without a doubt they should be.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc): All the details including changed email and removed phone number.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? From 17th of December all the way to January 29, it should be 43 days.
