Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: 5 days ago the account was recovered, family left the guild instantly since then he has connected a couple of times.I bought the account 8 months ago, he told me that he bought the account from his friend 7 months before, he said he was sure that there would not be any problem that they played together and the whole story, he was clearly lying. Suspiciously on that day at the same time that Alexnoz became discontented with epicnpc the character left the guild, my friend saw the time in the guild log..... sorry english its not my native language

Good afternoon.

As I've already told Venturus on skype I myself have no chance at all being able to take back the account. I bought the account from a friend that I have been playing with for a long time. I have been trying to get in contact with him for some days now, but I still have not been in contact with him.

I have still strong believes that the real owner have not taken back the account. And I will contact Venturus if I hear anything. Again, I really have my doubts that he have taken back the account. So I am really not sure what is happening. But again as I've already told Venturus, I will help him as I can.

This is the first time something like this ever have happen. Hence why I am just very unsure what really have happen.

You are still responsible for what you sell. If he did not recall it he can fix the account and return it to buyer, if he wont you are responsible sorry. We do not accept “my friend would never do that” as evidencd

You saying that I am acting? I do trust this guy that is the real owner. Else I would not have sold you the account. And I am still looking into it, more than that I am not sure what I can do.

Yes, I am responsible for what I am selling. I am not saying otherwise. As I was saying I am still trying to get in contact with him. And also what I was saying this is the first time something like this have happen, hence why I am a little unsure what else I can do rather than wait for him to respond. You also are saying that "We do not accept my friend would never do that as evidence. I trust a word of a guy.

Yes, I totally understand that. And I really want my word to be trusted. Hence why I am doing everything I can to fix this Venturus.

But I hope you understand that I have a hard time seeing any reason why my friend would have taken the account back. It's not that I do not trust you, it's about me trusting a word of a friend. And if it indeed has happen, that his word has broken. Then it's really bad.

And yes, I do accept that the responsibility is on me as I sold you the account. Hence why I am doing all in my power to try to fix this.

my guildmates tell me account connect every day in the game ,I will not accept the excuse that you are going to contact in the original seller anymore,it has already been almost 2 weeks with the same story.

I am not far away no, but I am still not home. I don’t see what the matter with where I am in the world has anything to do with it?

I am not checking my mgs as often as I would have if I was home.

And I am still saying I hope he will answer me, but as I don’t have much I can do about it right now other than waiting. You do what you must do.

I am not happy about what have happened, and as I said I hope he will answer so it get fixed. Other than that I cannot so much I am afraid. And yes, I totally accept my responsibility for it, so do what you must do.

He even blocked me on facebook, we use it for the purchase of the account.You said you dont use facebook to do buissness anymore.That says a lot .What?, you were expecting this, It does not matter i know who you are and who is your friend. No, we did not use Facebook for the purchase of the account. We did use Skype conversation. We added each other on Facebook to confirm our ID and "feel" safe. The rest was done on Skype. - You can even see that in the picture you added.

I have never done any business on Facebook and never will do. As I stated over. I deleted you after telling you that I would talk to you on Skype.

Have I ever blocked you from there? No
Have I always answered your question there? Yes
Am I online at least once every day to see if you have any questions? Yes
Am I still on Skype for you? Yes (If you have not blocked me)

So don't make it look like I am blocking you from anywhere and don't seem to want to talk to you. Cause that is complete bullshit.

You asking me if it was worth it? How would I know if it was worth it?

There is not much more I can say, look at my earlier post.
I've been trying to help you, and I still will. But as I said earlier. I cannot do anything more than wait even how painful that is. If that's not acceptable for anyone else, then I totally understand that. I've done trades here for about 5 years and not had a issue before now.
But if it comes down to that, yes I do accept the responsibility of selling the account. As the only thing I can do right now is to wait and hope for an answer. I even feel that I am repeating myself here as there is not much else I can say.

who is saying you blocked me everywhere?, because you would not be here arguing if thats the case. It may not have been you, or maybe only your friend or maybe both, what you want me to tell you? And yes we used facebook when i boght the account to feel safe, and i said you blocked there... we also used skype ..I'm not inventing things, I'm just saying what's happening

FOr me it felt that you were attacking me for blocking you. If I misunderstood I am sorry. And yes, you will be able to contract me on Skype even tho I probably get booted of this page as I still want to help you as far as I am able.
That’s being said, I will contact you as soon as I hear anything. Other than that I am sorry that it take time but there is again not much I can do.

Not much more I can say rather than repeating myself over and over again.

And I am not able to provide any refound at all right now. That’s why I am trying to return the account. And yes, I know trying is not accepted but there is nothing else that I can do. So I do accept me getting booted off the page as I have 0 other solutions. I will still contact him at Skype fast as I hear anything.

Hey, and apologize for the late reply.

But there is not any update in the matter, sorry. I have not been able to contact Ventrus on skype either. Think he is gone for the week.

I saw your message , but i dont know what to say at this point , since im getting the same answers from the beginning of this.
Just a question your friend just cut off all communication with you? he played with you for a long time you said and i saw that you had it on facebook as a friend.

Great that you saw it. Yeah, I said that I feel like I am repeating myself since I am afraid I don't have any other answers. Yes, I am not able to get an answer from him anywhere. At first I was sure he was gone, but it do look like you"me" have been screwed over. I still sincerely hope that he will msg me back. I hope you will keep me on Skype so I can get in contact with you.
