Date the problem began: April 18th

Describe the problem:
On April 18th, I had messaged TigerShop on EpicNPC yet received no response, so I decided to message the discord they placed under the listing above which was, tiger_shop (UID: 544886406527320124)
There he responded immediately, and we continued with the transaction. He brought up the fact that the account I wanted was sold, even though there was nothing to signify that, and instead offered me a different account for $50.
I offered to go back to EpicNPC and use a Middleman which I’d happily pay the fee for, which TigerShop then declined and offered to go first.
The transaction continues smoothly until at around 3 AM EST I see that the fortnite account had been recalled, my switch connection had been unlinked and the email had been changed.
On April 21st, TigerShop responds to my sitting dm telling me that the account I wanted was already sold and that they had many others (similar to how our convo on discord had started). I brought up the fact that I already purchased an account from them. TigerShop denies this and tells me that I had bought an account from an impostor despite this “scammer” having the exact same username that they typed in their listing.
Furthermore, I had a friend the listed discord account, which he here proved that it was undoubtedly him.
In this conversation he repeatedly tried to defend himself saying that I had messaged a fake, which couldn’t be possible, because not only do the fake and his “real” account share the same join date, they also have the exact same User ID

At the time of creating this dispute, TigerShop has ghosted both me and my friend and hasn’t returned to me my purchased account or my money.
