So, I bought an account for 400, and then the guy took it back, we didn't use ebay or anything, is there anything I can do legally? or anything? he never gave me the email please help

No you cant, you can open a ticket with paypal and try that and escalate it.

THen i'm afraid ya cant unless you hire a private investigator lol or call the guy that stole it and talk to him, otherwise..not much you can do..

If your going over 200 ask him to put it on ebay, because ebay will actuaLLY TAKE THE MONEY out OF HIS BANK ACCOUNT i believe and h'll be banned from ebay i think or if they cant do that they'll pay you back your money with the free insurance.

I think you can sue him because all the investigator would have to do is get in touch with WoW i believe and get the IP logs on your account you can get his info by finding his computer ID and you can sue him for up to 10,000 and he'll lost computer access for a period of time.

Then thats EVEN better, get in touch with him and if you do hire an investigator and you take him to court and so on the accused if lost will have to pay the bill anyway /u/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif but i'm sure calling him and getting in touch with him will get his attention maybe
