in july 2015 i bought the "CMDR Neutronic" elite dangerous account

that transaction went ok and i played the account for several months.
but in dec 2015 i was unable to access the account and sent a ticket to
frontier about it

they replied the account was banned because it was a traded account
i sent emails back and forth and got this final reply from them

this states the account was banned because the original owner of the account
reclaimed it.
