What is the dispute about?

So I bought an Epic Seven account from a seller (iiceberg) a few days ago. This is the link to the post: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/buy...vern-chars-luna-and-a-very-good-deal.1963039/
According to the description, I will have the game's account and the Gmail account associated with it. After my payment ( a $10.36 Valorant gif card as requested by the seller), he gave me the game's account and asked for 2 days to clean up his Gmail and delivered that later, I agreed. However, after the requested days, the seller didn't update or respond since then. I don't really think he scammed me for $10, that's why I decided to open this dispute so if he's legit, he can get here and explain what's going on and deliver the Gmail, in case the Gmail can't be used, I want to have my refund. If he's a scammer, he needs to be banned. I'm about to put money into the game so I want to make sure the account is mine, without the email, the password can be reset by the seller. Motioned in PMs to delay this dispute until at least Friday, which by then I will most likely have the email ready and we can discuss next steps. I will of course deliver ASAP, and I apologize for not delivering sooner but that's out of my control and the date I offered was tentative. If I really wanted to scam, I would have retracted the account as soon as I received payment from the buyer (chabongden). Thank you.
 
Thanks for the explanation, in this case, please provide me the email before Friday, i can wait until then. As i mentioned, i didn’t think you scam me anyway, just want to make sure everything is legit.

I will notify him via email. If he fails to resolve the dispute he would have to be banned. If he resolves the issue after being banned he can then be unbanned.
