well , if you are not going to delete that nonsense false feedback , i will ask a moderator to handle this .
Also，look at the conversation we have , you were rude in first place ,you didn't even ask nicely ,sounded like you were forcing me to provide the details .
If my sentence " What do you expect for UL 53 account " offended you , why don't you think about yours ?
Ghosting me for a couple of hours is also a rude act.
You were rude in first place & leave me a negative feedback on purpose .
