A scammer tried to scam me.

Feedback will only be reviewed or investigated if one of our Trade Guardian services were used.

Trade Guardian was used:

• Link to the feedback you received.
• Provide the TG # for this feedback.
• Explain why you are disputing the feedback and why you want it changed or removed.

Trade Guardian was not used:
If the communications was offsite, we will only accept video evidence, no screenshots.

• Proof of sale will be requested.
  • Buyer can show they sent payment.
  • Seller can show they sent the item or provided a service to the buyer.
• No further investigation will be conducted.
• Upload the video to Youtube (unlisted) and provide a link to the video in your dispute.

Once we confirm an exchange occurred, the feedback cannot be removed. The buyer and seller should try to reach a compromise or resolve the issue on their own.

If proof of sale is not provide, the feedback will be removed.

Hello, I created a new account here and wrote to him saying I wanted to buy something. He immediately emailed me and said to pay. Since his account actually had good reviews, I paid. He completely scammed me and claimed I was someone else. Transaction screenshots are coming soon. As I said, I then offered him, "Hey, if you give it to me and don't scam me, I'll close the case." What happened?

He said that because his previous buyer was German, I would be the one.

• What's true is that the account shown by epicnpc is one I actually did have, but I didn't have access to the email because the account (the email address) was stolen. It's possible, of course, that someone is buying in my name, but this is my only account. And as I said, if all else fails and they don't want to sell anymore, then they should send the return.
