I have provided a professional service and the client was happy with the service.
Just when your service is about to end, you want to make an illogical claim asking for a refund of your money or else you would leave a negative message on my page.
I have never had problems with any client and they are always happy with my service but this person is not honest, he wants to take advantage of the services for free, and if you do not return his money, he threatens to leave a negative message.
I have proof that when he started his service he did not have the necessary requirements to obtain a good rate of advancement in the game.
In the first image he shows me a Battle Analysis where he obtains 35m x 10 min multiplying by 60min would be = 210m x hour and we give him 200m per hour.
Now normally he has that rate because he doesn't have all the necessary equipment to get a normal amount of 350m to 400m per hour like any professional player...
here in the second image he is satisfied with the service because he knows that he does not have the necessary equipment to increase his meso drop rate.
In the third image I realize that he is a person who likes to take advantage of the services and then wants his money back, benefiting for free from the work of the sellers and if you don't listen to him, he threatens to leave a negative message.
I have been providing services for years and I have never had any problem. Please, I ask that you eliminate that negative message and put a sanction against that person.

After the first week I had 100% meso rate.


I only requested a refund for the amount of time I think I received, not for all of it.

My review is not about you not providing the service, it's a review about my experience and how I felt that you cut corners by using my items to achieve that '1b/5 hour' rate. My rate clean right now should be about 400m/hr but even after that I am still getting a '1b/5hr' service, which is not what I paid for. I paid for a 120 hour MESO farming service. not a 120 hour 1B/5 hr service.
