so basically this guy had put an account for sale for 18$ with the link here

now after a long convo I agreed to buy the account and I sent him the payment and I have a full proof of the payment after that he told me to wait a day has passed and he hasn't gave me my account details
so what hes saying right now is If I don't buy him 7 keys I wont get a refund or the account here is the convo

I also have a full proof that I paid him in paypal just incase an admin wants to see
