Everyone can read the thread as they please but for those who do not want to a small recap before i start my rant.
- KPD orders a powerleveling job from jstars company
- Jstars company dies
- His powerleveler decides to directly contact Jstars customers to continue the job
- Jstar says ok go ahead
- Jstar forwards the money (no proof of this yet)
- KPD gets screwd over and starts the thread
- Jstar is a bit of a ahole with his words and says that if KPD wants to reclaim money threw paypal he wil get KPD's account banned.
So after this Sakura decides to ban him for speaking his mind. Never did i see any of these sup mods / admins ask Jstar to provide the proof that he send threw the money to his powerleveler as he aclaimed he did. Yet they ban because there logic is that KPD orderd with Jstars company. But i don't see it that way.
Last week, his elo boosting company broke apart and he said he will finish my job and added me on his new personal skype which is "league.jboost"
This quote clearly shows someone else was contacting KPD and ensured he would get his boost done. He could have said no and requested his money back at this time. But by agreeing to these new terms and the new person he is not upholding his initial agreement with Jstars company.
"IMAGEN THE FOLLOWING" you contact a roofer to come and do your new roof. Halfway his company fails but one of his roofers tells you "if you pay me the rest i finish the roof for you". In no way can you later on retrieve any money from the initial company. If this roofer does a poor job. If you can you wil have one hell of a expensive lawyer or a magic wand.
Yet when i replyed to the thread Sakura ofcourse deleted my post "i know i should not post in scam threads but this was clearly bullshit". And when i contacted mike directly he kinda came up with the same excuse.
The whole business partner issue is completely irrelevant to the dispute. It is not any of the customers concern or responsibility to know what is going on behind the scenes of a business.
The customer purchase a service from his business and he was the owner of that business. The business then broke up. It's not the customers responsibility to find the booster that was going to boost him.
Jstart took the money, he should refund it. He should then go to the booster and get the money from them. If they're a member on our site Jstar can open a dispute against them.
The business owner is responsible for all his employees, the can't pass the blame to them. If I buy a boosting service from JoeBoost, then the booster loses 10 games, JoeBoost owe me a refund, not the person doing to boosting.
JoeBoost can't say, well I didn't do the boost, so you have to get your money back from the guy who boosted you. It's not my problem.
And i just explained why i disagree with Mike.
Form your opinion and share it. I do believe this person is banned for the wrong reasons.
