Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: i bought account from ash on the argeement that battle net name change must be done within 75 days,if name change isnt done or for any issues it cant be done ,after 75 days ash(seller) agrees to give me full refund(i.e 1500$)
Other details / notes: from last 2 months he is saying i am doing name change,but he havnt upto now,account is also with him

hey, I told him that the name change was in transit and it can't be reversed at this point. Will return when it's done. Thanks. Blizzard has been awful recently with name changes

the issue is that it was an already name changed account, and the deal was that I would get it name changed, so 2 name changes on the account, hence why It's proving tricky and difficult to get done. I'll see what I have by way of proof, I have his payment for sure, but as I always do, I don't pay my name changer until its done

Ash you need to provide proof. I understand this is a more complicated name change, however it's be 3 months, there's no excuse for dragging it out this long. Send me a screenshot of a Blizzard ticket, email or something that proves the name change on this account has been initiated.

If no proof is provided within 48 hrs I will assume nothing has been done and you will have to refund the buyer and take the account back as you did not complete the agreed upon terms of the sale.
