Chat correspondance. Ended with him saying "he sent payment." When I said that I got nothing, and asked him to prove it, chat subsided.

Im trying to build feedback here so I can sell my higher value accounts, not get someone wrongfully banned. I asked for him to prove he sent the payment, to see if something went wrong, and never heard anything back. Let me know if there is anything else I need to do, or if I did anything wrong. Here is the email I received when he initiated the email change:

He finally did respond saying hes "at work" (on a sunday, an hour earlier trying to get me to come into TS, probably to laugh at me) and he would "send proof" when he got home. Ive had my paypal account since 1999 and never once did I not receive a payment when someone said they send one.

i obviously told him he has to wait till i get out of work i work swing shift days are different everyweek 3 days on 4 days off then 4 days on 3 days off this weekend i am off i will post picks as soon as i get home of payment sent.

This is not proof of him "sending" it when he said he should. This is him FINALLY sending it this morning. Still waiting for time and date stamped proof he sent this 24 hours ago like he swore in PM, not 2 hours ago to try save face and instantly file for a refund from paypal. Yes, last night, after still not receiving the payment, I contacted Trion just to get the account banned cause Im not gonna let some child enjoy what they stole from me, and surprisingly they gave me the account back, however that does not change the fact that he lied about sending the payment yesterday and just sent it a few hours ago, after he already knew i took the account back. If that does not deserve a ban, I dont know what does.

Just got off the phone with paypal.... first time this dude tried to send me a payment was this morning, about 24 hours after he claimed he sent it. Still waiting for his screen cap that time date stamps the payment as yesterday, and not hours ago.... f'ing trash can please ban.

Finally got access to the account back, but this ******* spent all the credits which was most of the value of the account. Please ban this kid. Absolutely horrible person. To recap...
1. I went out on a limb and sent first cause it was only $40
2. He said he sent the payment a few minutes after I gave him the info but absolutely did not (his proof was from almost a day later, after I had already taken the account back)
3. He only sent the payment so he would have a screen cap to not get banned. It was immediately reversed.
4. Before I could get the account back he spent all the cash shop credits, which was the core value of the account.

I completely and totally got scammed by this kid and he has yet to post time/date stamped image of him sending the payment when he said he actually did, not a day later. If this interaction does not qualify for a ban Im not really sure what to say. Please help.

Can I please get an update on this from a moderator. I just received word from Trion that they are not going to restore the in game currency back to the account making it completely worthless and a total loss. This ******* completely f'd me and HE STILL HAS NOT SENT TIME AND DATE STAMPED PROOF THAT HE PAID WHEN HE SAID HE DID. How is that not grounds to ban his account?

It's not ok, because the account had 9700 in game currency, now it has 30, making it completely worthless. 95% of the value of the account was the in game currency and they wont give it back. You are a *******. You sent the payment just to make a screen cap 24 hours later, then immediately had it refunded, completely scamming me. I hope you die a slow painful death in scammer ******* hell.

I got completely wrecked by this $cumbag and the account is worthless now. He even said just to go ahead and ban him a few messages back, probab;y since its impossible for him to prove he sent the payment when he said he did, because he didn't. Had he, I would not have had so much of my time pointlessly wasted.

I could care less about the 40 dollars - Im just trying to build feedback so I can sell the rest of my accounts and not only did I get wrecked by this fool, he also left me negative feedback. Please help me. Please?
