I am opening a dispute against all 3 negative feedbacks given to me while I was asleep. They have dealt with an impersonator and claimed it was me. So far what I have seen from the screens users sent, there is a guy with a discord eNjiin - EpicNPC thats claims to be me, which is obviously an impersonator once you check any of my postings.

I ask for a removal of those falsely claimed negative feedbacks - please try to contact support and get your accounts back. I am not a middlemen nor do I buy genshin impact accounts.
