Your price is to high. I'll give you couple tips of why, and how.

1. Channel is mainly Russian.
2. Channel wasn't active in a year.
3 Nowdays content released on channel if changed, will decrease amount of views.
4 That channel will have drastic lose of subscribers, cause most of the userviews is Russian.
5 If i am wrong. I believe you should upload one video with content on your own, cause if we were gonna find interrest into your Youtube Channel, we will like to see activity, whats gonna happen to channel after released video.
