SUMMARY

Buyer is a scammer trying to chargeback payment for completed purchase. Below you will find thorough description of the service and attached evidence. I'm asking to ban this user on EpicNPC aswell as delete his negtive review. I'm not in charge for such actions with account after almost 2 months from purchase. I'm also asking EpicNPC moderators to confirm, that BlackPanthera account regostered from
[email protected] email, it'll help to solve paypal dispute.
NATURE OF THE SERVICE AND DELIVERY TERMS

Customer purchased an account in online video game Black Desert Online (BDO) and paid 2700 EUR.
Delivery terms are as follows:
1) Customer sends payment to my paypal account
[email protected] (as goods and services).
2) After payment is completed, I provide all account details including login, password and all necessary data for 2-factor authentication. If necessary, I will also provide a scan of my government-issued ID so the customer could change name of the account owner.
3) I also provide full access to the email the account is linked to.

COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER AND DELIVERY PROCESS

On 16th of January, 2020 I was contact by the Customer asking to buy a BDO account from me. We negotiated price and payment terms and, after successfully receiving payment from him, I immediately provided him with all account details as well as email details. He confirmed receipt in paypal and left positive feedback on the EpicNPC forum where he found my post about selling the account. He also changed email name to his own.
ESCALATION TO CLAIM

In March, I received a notification from paypal saying there's a dispute associated with this transaction. Customer claims he received nothing and he didn't even intend to send any payment. This is what he sent: "Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, es handelt sich um ein Versehen, bitte erstatten Sie mir den Gesamtbetrag wieder, da ich mich in der E-Mail-Adresse vertan habe und ich nie vorhatte an "My PayPal Name" etwas zu überweisen. Ich bitte um Ihr Verständnis. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Paul Wagner ". It roughly translates to "Dear Sir or Madam, it is a mistake, please reimburse me the total amount, as I made a mistake in the email address and I never intended to transfer anything to "My name" I ask for your understanding. Sincerely, Paul Wagner". Obviously, this is a complete lie because it's clear from the conversation which paypal address he should send payment to, there was no mistake. He confirmed delivery which also clearly follows from the conversation. Additionally, upon receiving access to the account he changed email account to Paul Wagner.
I suspect why he may be doing this. In late February he messaged me that his account got banned and asked me if his recent behavior on the account could be the cause. What he did according to his message is a clear violation of the rules of game as it's considered automation of game process and usage of 3rd party programs by the game's publisher. I told him that. Apparently now he tries to get money back for the account he got banned by his own actions. Account for sure was banned for customer actions, since i've never logged into account after purchase and 3 banwaves passed (game publisher doing it every week) and he got caught for his own actions on 4th banwave
