Currently, 7-19-2020 @10:05EEST, 182k Gems and 132k Gold. (spiking between highs and lows of about 130k to 140k periodically every 10 or so days throughout the past month; not that this data actually matters, but since you asked for it..)
Also, here's a 'simple' breakdown of the cost (as to avoid unnecessary bargaining attempts):
1) 180k gems = 22.5 x 8k gems (best value) = 2250€
2) 3 expansions = 100€ (Total: 2250€+100€=2350€)
3) 1€ = 1.1$
4) € -> $: 2350€ x 1.1 = 2585$
5) Since I'm nice, (-50% RAW* value): 1300$ (my final price, i.e. take it or leave it)
* Does NOT include the time and effort I spent doing collections for many items / titles / achievements / etc. (listed above), as well as the sentimental value that it carries.
