I'm a day 1 player and this is my on-and-off alt account that I used to pull for fun. Every year 1 VCs and units are maxed out except for Ruin Sterne; many VCs are maxed but unleveled since I don't want to waste EXP pots, the same goes for units - many are maxed Limit broken but have not been invested in yet, but they have more than enough mindspheres and blossoms to get them to 120. You can choose whoever you want to invest in and build.
There is a lack of equipment since it's my lazy alt, but with Farplane Archive and the frequent reruns it isn't unbearable. Overall a perfect account for people that want to get a head start of the game as a new player or for people wanting to start over, since the game can be quite brutal to catch up for newer players at this point.
More importantly, you get the 3 best meta units at the moment which is Celes + Astrius + Velis combo. There is also Aerith if you prefer her over Velis instead.
The exceptions are some collab units like Joker and summer Kilphe. Those need to be farmed for from Barracks.
There is also a bunch of shard selector tickets including several X50 and X100 tickets that update per month that you can save, or use it on new permanent units like dark Leelah to get her to level 120 easily.
11 billion Gil. No need to farm turtles again for years (unless you're stupid).

Note Summer Kilphe is not maxed here. She will get a rerun soon if you want to. As for Black Rose Helena, can be maxed instantly with the shard selectors the account have.
The 2 summon ticket circled in red updates its pool monthly. Meaning you can completely skip buying vis for any perm unit in the game and still get them maxed for 0 vis the next month after it updates. Note that it usually update in the middle to late of next month rather than start of the month as say there. Other tickets like these usually do not update.

Vision Cards
Valefor needs 25 more shards to get the last awakening. It'll be maxed before the event is over.

Also small correction to the Trembling Heart card above (forgot to awaken it):
I also have several thousand vision card medals in the Mog Shop so you can practically pull a card (a permanent card, not a collab card) and max it for free later when the Mog Shop update (1 month period).
Esper
(I have enough magicites to max every single esper in here, only reason they aren't are either from not needed to haven't doing their quest to get the awakening crystals which are fairly easy)
Equipment
It's the weakest part of the account, while others just need to be crafted or lacking in materials to be farmed from the Raid reruns (which should occur every 1 or 2 months). Other items can be farmed via Farplane Archives as needed.
Crafting:
I have not farmed any runes on the alt but I do have about 16 tickets for 5x UR runes which should equate to 4 pink runes but this isn't a big problem since runes are open permanently and can be farmed at anytime at your discretion.

Payment: PayPal (Friend and Family preferable; if you choose to pay in Business mode for more security you'll have to cover the business fees). Feel free to use Middleman at your own expense.

Account is binded to a throwaway Facebook account which is tied to a throwaway GMAIL. You will be given both.
