Short review detailing my experience dealing with them with me being a seller.

A customer placed an order with me through their platform for a boost. I proceeded by contacting the buyer and asking for his Battle.net account details (the boost was account-shared). The buyer gave me his details and I told him we had to unlock the account in order for us to access it. After a while discussing (he seemed hesitant) he gave me his details and unlocked the account for us.

We had promised to deliver the order within 7 days or less. About 30-35 hours later, the account got locked again and we needed him to unlock it. He became aggressive / fussy and upset about the whole situation. He raged at how we haven't started yet even though we were less than 2 days into the whole thing and we were still going to deliver before the 7 day time frame that we had given him.

He went on for about 3 hours while threatening us to file a chargeback through his Credit Card company as we had declined his refund request due the platform's refund policy:

"§14 - #15: If the Seller is unable to fulfill his part of the agreement within the time indicated in the offer description, the Buyer is allowed to request a cancellation of the Transaction."

Odealo decided to intervene and contacted the buyer. The buyer told them he wanted a refund which they instantly agreed to and canceled the order without even allowing us to complete it.

They provided no valid explanation as to why they did that and didn't abide by their policy. I guess they can do whatever they want because it's their platform.

It doesn't end here. After I left a negative review about their platform on the forums, they proceeded by blocking my account and locking the credits I had on my account there which I had paid for a week ago.

I am not writing this as a retaliation. But anyone thinking of using their platform should be extremely cautious.

My recommendation would be to stay away from this platform at all costs.
