Hello, I sent someone a transaction to buy an account but they are unable to click the link. getting the error "You do not have permission" can anyone help us out.

Who is the other user? It could be a few things causing it. Most commonly the account did not finish registration.

1. Their account is not fully registered.
2. Trade Guardian is disabled on their account - red flag!
3. They're lying and trying to get you to go to Discord so they can scam you.

Either way, you should not make a deal with that person, but we can't check without their username.
