YIGIT uses feedback to bully me

He posted this feedback to just bully and harass me. Calling me a terrible person and for what reason. What does me a as a person have to do with a YT account. I do not personally know Yigit, so how will he know me as a person. If my Feedback for YIGIT is removed then his feedback for my profile needs to be removed as well.

I also would like to block this user from contacting me, but I do not see how to do that on this website.
