Xright has stolen money from me for a destiny account he was selling he was going to refund me but never did he has now put the account back up for sale after taking my money please help me get my money back and ban him

Xright22000 stole my money after i payed for account he said he would refund me in a few hours well its been days now and 2 days ago i ask if i could get a refund he was very
upset with me and swore at me saying chill the **** out i will refund you. but he never did and now he is selling the account again the i payed for
