OK ban him now please. We just talked and he admitted that he scam me and he wont give me the account we traded back and he won't pay for my CATA key. Ban him so I can get a new replacement key and close this thread. His priest account that traded will be lock and i get a new replacement key by blizzard. Thats a win for me.

Where exactly does he admit to scamming you? I know he's lying but he doesnt admit to it, and I'd still like to have him respond because he has contacted me with information that he has proof that says otherwise. Ill await his response, but he has 24 more hours left.

yea i want him to come here and explain himself as well. His last chance to do it. If he doenst and get ban on the forums, I'm going to do everthing i can to get his wow account that i upgraded lock or ban and get the priest account ban. At this point I just want the money back for my key. Blizzard promised to give me a new key if I do a follow up email, but I havent yet. Waiting for this to get solve, I dont really want to have to go to that.

From those chats I see motokrauss/James lying about a bunch of things.

motokrauss/James DID state he was OO, but then states he is not later. I believe the lie is him saying he is not. I think he IS the OO and purposely gave you an expired ID so you cannot recall. Who puts someone elses name in their voicemail? his username is also xjamestownx. Who in their right mind would buy an account from someone named "James" then start using their name for everything? Hes either completely lying or insanely crazy.


motokrauss/James also is saying that his account was taken off bnet. windtrade only had the login info for a short time, so I would assume motokrauss would change the pass immediately after. Nothing he says is adding up so hes banned.
