Xbox / 3 Letter Gamertag / First Attempt!

Hello,

I just wanted to point something out to those that may be trying to get there own 3 letter Gamertag themselves by changing there current one. IT IS POSSIBLE! I used to try all the time and I decided to try again this evening and on my first attempt... I got a 3 letter Gamertag. So I payed for that bad boy straight away!

I don't understand! My eyes nearly fell out of my head when it said, "Available". Trust me on this one, it is horrible trying to find one and I know that nobody is going to believe that I got it on my first attempt, but that doesn't matter because I have one! I just cant get to grips that, not only did I get a 3 letter Gamertag from changing it myself, but I also got it on my first attempt!

I've had a lot of things going very well for me recently and now this... well, I don't know what to say.

Do you have a 2 letter or 3 letter Gamertag?
Let me know how you claimed yours! It would be cool to know.

I remember OG gamertags and such, i always wondered why people wanted to be called Mtn Dew / Pepper and Any 3 letters GT you get nothing expect a "cool" GT that doesn't provide anything else x'D

i had "Zpq" GT for 5 years, sold it 3 years ago with the account since i only have a computer now

My GT has a meaning and I also received a message from Xbox congratulating me on the name.

Amazing! I remember it taking forever to find a tag that WASN'T taken... sometimes I made something incredibly silly and even that was taken... can't win
