I've been training this character up pretty much over the last year since I created the account, and really I only amounted to logging in and out to train it according to a specialized guide for an ECM PvP Specialist.
As of current, this character is capable of being one of the best blackbird ECM pilots out there that can jam from about 150KM with [censored] 3 modules on a blackbird with the long-trained Cruiser 5 skill that this character has. A true blast if you have fun being the annoying CC player that makes other players not able to fire, which is also one of the most in-demand things in EVE PVP if you've read or know anything about it. If you want people to be saying "me me me" when you ask for people to PvP with, it doesn't get much better than this. Low-cost disposable but effective blackbird ECM at it's finest.
Character is in an NPC corp with no problems entering high-sec (I never did pirating).

Gunnery: Gunnery and Small Hybrid Turret are both 5 (a nice start if you want to go into flying PvP, just train the ships)
Learning: APPX 400K SP into this, most are to 4, the important ones anyway.
Missile Launcher: 126K SP Spread Around if you want to load up a caracal with your Caldari Cruiser 5 skills (nice for missioning or maybe PvP if you want to try caracal pvp).

I hardly know that much about this game (outside of having read an ECM specialist character creation and skill training guide and having spent almost a year training up) and forums are abundant with info. If you're unsure that this is what you want, read some forums about the game first and get hyped before you contact me. This is an account sale. You pay, I give user/pass, we say thanks, and that's about it. I have positive feedback, and I've been on this site for years now with multiple posts so you can check my history to see I don't screw around. People have had good dealings with me, and it's petty to screw with people for such small money.
