I did get banned, but I guess that is the chance you take sometimes, never do anything but face to face trades. Anyway I contacted them and they are trying to help by adding 6 months game time, still hurts to lose an account but they are good people, and are trying to help.
 
Not trying to make you look bad or talk bad about you, but my account was banned the day after we made a deal for exploiting the economy. I traded you 4500 gold for 3 months time and everything went smooth. I think I was banned because your "guys" had me deposit some of the gold in a guild bank which is traceable. I should have known better, now I'm out an account that I've had for over 2 years and a warlock that is not replaceable. I put over 170 days played into the lock and had tons of titles, gear, rare mounts, was in the top raiding guild on my server and now everything is gone because of this. I would highly recommend only doing face to face trades otherwise your customers will continue to lose their accounts. Hopefully we can talk on AIM soon to resolve this situation.
