Hello.
I am trading my currently 879 item level hunter with legendary waist and feet for a holy paladin!!
EU server - faction dont matter. Entire account only has that 1 character but account is mine.

Artifact level 35
Artifact research level 24 (max 25)
210k gold
BIS Legendaries, both feet and waist.
No mounts or pets or anything other nice stuff.
I am trading for a holy paladin with similar setup which means:
870+ item level
+30 artifact level
+15 artifact research
At least 1 legendary and the ability to equip 2.
If you are new user or have no rep there is absolutely no chance of trading unless I get your character first.
If you have a healer for sale I am also interested in that.
