You MUST have epic flying. If you have less then 3/5 valor you MUST xfer to any server of my choice, this is debatable depending on your class. You MUST have at LEAST 500g. You MUST have some rep, if you don't you WILL go first.

After a long discussion and his refusal to let me log onto his account, he linked me a rep thread that belonged to someone who didnt match any of his info. claimed it was "his old aim"
