Refuses to sell through Trade Guardian

I think this guy is a scammer. He refuses to sell through the site and does not show any kind of info that he actually possess the account. I asked to trade through the site which he refused and I also asked him to at least stream the game for me to show that he actually posseses it.. And then he just went offline.
