There's nothing really wrong with the game, it's just hard to keep up with the farming for E7, and FGO, and Grand Summoners, and Brown Dust, and... you get the idea. But it'd be a waste to throw this account away considering the pulls on it.

So, some information on the units. Hell is the best 4* in the game and can singlehandedly solo many stages in both story and challenge areas. Here's an example of why: https://i.gyazo.com/1579046fee5258650be0ddde8c41ff0c.mp4

Viola is the second best 4* in the game due to her targeting/ability. She essentially shuts down the entire back line and, with a meta crit damage build, can kill virtually any unit in the game within her AOE with one shot due to the max % HP damage being able to crit.

The title says the account has high potential and what that means is this account has the fusion material ready for most characters. For example, Lorang is already crafted and it has an additional fresh Leto in addition to the other units required to make Gunther as soon as you can get Ino from the 30 day gacha event using the 4* selector tickets left in the mailbox. Gunther is an extremely powerful unit and it's highly recommended you grab him ASAP. He also requires little investment, so you don't need to waste 5* skill books on him. It also has been in SSS+ tier for the hunting party every day, so it has a lot of fragments towards the two World Boss craftable units as well.

Foxy is one of the best DPS units in the game but requires +9 to really kick off. Save all your skill books for her.

The account also has a shitton of rank up stars so you have the materials to build basically anyone you want of the roster:

It also has 3,550 mileage. You need 4000 for a 5* pull. I would highly recommend taking Aaron or Seir since the only thing this account lacks is a top tier tank (Cecilia has an extremely important and unique niche, but she isn't for dedicated tanking).

All rune dungeons are also open to at least floor 9 (which is the best floor for farming runes on), and this is what the rune situation looks like on the account:
