If you want to pay with paypal you must have an ebay account in good standing with positive feedback. I will set up a an auction on ebay for an item worth $400 (jewelry, smartphone, whatever). You will buy it and send payment through paypal, I will ship you a letter with a tracking #, once you recieve that letter you will leave me positive feedback on ebay stating that you have recieved the item as described. At that point I will hand over the SQA, CD Key, and send you an ID scan. I will allow you to play the account while you are waiting for the letter to be delivered, but I will not let you change the battle.net email and I will not give you the SQA/Keys/ID until the entire process described above is complete.
