The char is 4/5 S4 with S4 weaps and S3 shoulders (also S3 2H axe), full S4 non set.
He has multiple reputations exalted + BT attunements with titles.
280% flying + drake

Leatherworking 375
Enchanting 375
Char is fully enchanted and gemmed.
