Reminder there is a 30 day waiting period before houses can transfer ownership. You'll have to pay me upfront, and I will invite your character to the FC once I confirm payment. You will have free reign with all 2nd rank permissions to do whatever you want at that point, including using the submarines to start printing gil if you wish. I will have to remain in the FC for 30 days on an alt that I don't play anymore. After 30 days I will pass you FC leader.
