As of last year, the FC ownership rules are different! You must remain in the FC for 30 (thirty) days before ownership can be transferred.

The account has two personal medium houses on Dynamis (G25 on Seraph, LB5 on Maduin), this FC house (E26), an LB31 on Maduin, and one LB40 on Seraph.
