That is false, it is in the works but it sure as hell isnt in 3.2

There has been nothing released about changing classes in 3.2 There has been rumor of faction changes. but not class changes. get your facts straight.

You are correct in saying that you can get Conquest from heroics however that limits you to only recieving T8 helm and chest, the other pieces are obtained from actual raiding as well as the other gear, as well as the arena gear such as the weapons and or shoulders.

You forgot to say as of patch 3.2 you will be able to get conquest emblems from heroics *rolls eyes*
