sorry, i do not in charge of dealing with these problems. but here i may give you some advices, hoping that could help.
first, IF it is "true", we can see the latest one is posted on 03/20/2008. that means we do not have such complaint for a long time.
second, we are doing business, we may have cooperators, also we have competitors. you can find almost any website being complainted over the internet. so if you believe everything said on that complaintsboard, then i suggest you level your own account up.

lol so it takes 30 days just to check out an account to make sure it's the original woner and will not get the acct back LOL I'm smelling a scam

 

if u consigned ur account to our site, that's true u will have to wait abt 30 days be4 u get the money. cos we have to make sure that as the original owner, u will not get back the account. if that bothers u, im sry, but we have to guarantee our customers' benefit. and of course, if everything goes well, surely u will get ur money.
